社会の変化と私たちが向き合う課題

日本には今、国籍も文化も多様な方々が暮らしています。 しかし歯科医療の現場では、依然として以下の課題があります
● 言葉が通じないため、症状や希望が正しく伝わらない
● 医療制度や費用が分からず、受診自体をためらってしまう
● 文化的な価値観の違いで、治療方針の理解が難しい
● 医療スタッフも「どう接すればよいか分からない」不安がある

Our Commitment to Welcoming International Patients

Bell Dental Clinic has significantly strengthened its support system for international patients since 2020. As a result, the number of international visitors has grown rapidly.

The Social Reality and Challenges We Face

People of various nationalities and cultures now live in Japan. Yet, dental care still faces real challenges:
● Language barriers prevent proper communication of symptoms and treatment preferences.
● Patients may hesitate to seek care due to unfamiliar healthcare systems or unclear costs.
● Cultural differences can make it difficult to understand treatment explanations.
● Healthcare staff often feel unsure how to interact with foreign patients.
